Shipping rates: We charge a flat shipping fee of €12 per order. Shipping is free on orders over €200.
Delivery time: Delivery takes 5-12 days.
Discreet packaging: All orders are shipped in discreet packaging.
Tracking: Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and link.
Where we ship: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
Customs, taxes and duties: Orders to the UK and Switzerland may be subject to VAT, import duties or carrier fees. Where available, these are calculated at checkout. If not, they may be due on delivery and are the customer's responsibility. Customs processing can add to delivery times.
Address accuracy: Please check your address at checkout and contact us right away if it needs correcting.
Lost, damaged or delayed packages: Contact us at contact@shopauryx.com and we will help you work with the carrier. For damaged items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
Cancellations: You can cancel within 24 hours of ordering, as long as your order has not shipped. Email contact@shopauryx.com with your order number.
